We enter into this agreement with the following FINANCIAL & REFUND agreements in place:

You agree to honor the payment terms outlined on your enrolment proposal & authorizes SOEA to charge the agreed-upon amounts to the credit card(s) on file.

• You agree to pay on time. Please note our payment policy for late payments is as follows: If payment is more than 7 days overdue, we will suspend access to the Services (including live calls); and if payment is more than 14 days overdue, we reserve the right to terminate these Terms.
• The refund policy is as follows: We know this program is amazing and we will do everything in our power to ensure you’re successful. To the extent permitted by law, we do not offer any other refunds. You will be required to pay the Fees as set out in the Proposal regardless of your participation in the Services.
• By signing below you agree that, if for any reason, you choose to remove or cancel yourself, you are obligated to pay or continue paying any outstanding balance(s) for the entire length of the program. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all scheduled payments must be paid on a timely basis whether you complete the Program or not.

We enter into this agreement with the following PROFESSIONAL agreements in place:

• You agree not to violate the privacy rights of any program participants.
• You agree to abide by our school values of: self-sovereignty, vulnerability, justice for people & planet (racism will not be tolerated), pleasure and community.
• SOEA owns the Intellectual Property rights to the modality of Feminine Embodiment Coaching. We ask that you give credit to ‘School of Embodied Arts’, ‘Feminine Embodiment Coaching Certification’, or ‘Jenna Ward’ if sharing or teaching concepts derived from this training in your role as a 1-1 coach. Naming your influences is an important feminist business practice and helps your audience to understand your lineage of learning.
• This training is for your use in 1-1 settings as a coach. In undertaking this program, you are NOT endorsed to teach or train others (for example, other coaches or professionals) with this work and to do so is a breach of our Intellectual Property rights. You must not breach our Intellectual Property rights by, including but not limited to: altering or modifying our Intellectual Property; creating derivative works from the Intellectual Property; or using our Intellectual Property for commercial purposes such as on-sale to third parties.
• Students are eligible for certification as a ‘SOEA Feminine Embodiment Coach’ upon completion of all assessment requirements. In order to receive your Certification at the end of the Services, you must complete all assessment requirements to a satisfactory standard. We reserve the right not to grant certification at our sole discretion. Any decision we make concerning Certification is final.
• All program benefits expire at the end of the commitment period and will not be carried over. It is important to note that your benefits MUST be used within 6 months of course commencement.
